Testing Endurance
Time to work out endurance for the next few weeks. XC racing certainly works on endurance, but my races have always been less than 1 hour and 45 minutes. Now I have two different 6 hour races lined up (one this weekend and one the next): Rapture in Misery 6 hour solo mountain bike race and the Berryman Duathlon 6 hour solo (4.5 miles of running and 12 miles of biking for 6 hours on the Berryman trail!). This is gonna hurt...
