Training Week 31

What a week! My cold finally left me alone and we had good weather for getting outside. This week was billed as a longer training week and I actually went over on hours.

Monday: 2 hour hike
Tuesday: Commute + Yoga
Wednesday: 1.5 hour mountain bike at Greensfelder and a short run
Thursday: 2 hour mountain bike at Lost Valley
Friday: Short run
Saturday: 3 hours mountain bike at Lost Valley
Sunday: 2 hours mountain bike (singlespeed!) at  Castlewood SP
